Good news!The China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang has been selected for the list of the first batch of national-level zero-carbon parks construction.

On December 26, the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the General Department of the National Energy Administration jointly issued a notice on the "List of National-Level Zero-Carbon Parks Construction (First Batch)", with a total of 52 parks included. The China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang became the first industrial park in Liaoning Province to be successfully included.

The China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang was approved for construction by the State Council in 2015 as a strategic open cooperation platform. Over the past decade, in line with the requirements of internationalization, intelligence and green development, the park has been deeply committed to green and low-carbon development and has been recognized as a national-level green industrial park.

Its geothermal energy supply project can reduce carbon emissions by 18,000 tons annually. Vycon Flywheel has become a unicorn enterprise in the energy storage field. The park has jointly built an energy and carbon intelligent management platform with Schneider Electric, providing services such as carbon emission diagnosis and energy efficiency optimization, and promoting the integrated construction of source-grid-load-storage in the zero-carbon park.Through the practice of the zero-carbon park, the China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang gives full play to the advantages of the Sino-German cooperation platform and explores the rules and regulations for connecting with the EU's green development.
