On December 15,the China-EU Economic, Trade and Cultural Exchange Series of Shenyang Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone was launched at the Beijing Guardian Art Center.

During the event, the Shenyang Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone launched the construction of the country's first overseas service platform for artworks "going out" simultaneously. Through platform-based investment promotion, resource introduction and institutionalized alignment, it will collaborate with multiple partners in Europe to promote mutual empowerment of cultural exchange and trade cooperation.

In addition, the Shenyang Area will innovate and launch a new bonded art display model and set up a professional appreciation channel relying on its bonded warehouse to introduce European artworks from Italy, Belgium and other countries into the Chinese market. The Shenyang Area will also promote Chinese intangible cultural heritage and related artworks to Europe, thus forming a two-way circulation channel of "European bonded artworks into China — Chinese culture and artworks out to Europe".

In the future, the Shenyang Area will work with all parties to continuously promote the implementation of a series of activities, deepen the cross-border exchange project of bonded artworks, and improve the full-chain service system of "bonded + culture + industry". Moreover, taking the signing of the cooperation agreement as a starting point, the Shenyang Area will further expand cooperation with institutions.
