On October 23,the Shenyang International Life and Health City and Deshenghui Science Innovation Port Project was launched in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

A planned industrial space covering nearly 6.2 square kilometers,with biomedicine,high-end medical devices and big health as its three main focuses,has begun construction.

On the launch day,ZDK Group,3S Bio Group,Huilongsen International Enterprise Incubation(Beijing)Co.,Ltd.and China First Highway Engineering Co.,Ltd.jointly signed the cooperation agreement for Shenyang International Life and Health City.Relevant officials from provincial,municipal and district departments,experts and scholars in the field of life and health,representatives from key universities,research institutes,R&D institutions,medical institutions,financial institutions and related enterprises attended the activity to witness the official launch of the Shenyang International Life and Health City and Deshenghui Science Innovation Port Project.

The Deshenghui Science Innovation Port,the first phase of the Shenyang International Life and Health City Project,is the core start-up area and the leading demonstration zone of the entire project.The Deshenghui Science Innovation Port is located in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone,covering an area of 53,000 square meters and with a planned construction area of approximately 93,000 square meters.The project mainly includes the construction of the planning exhibition hall,the new R&D institution,the public service platform,the university science and technology park and the industrial carrier.It aims to create a comprehensive biomedicine industrial functional park integrating technology research and development,innovation incubation,display and exchange,and public services,and to build an open,shared and highly efficient industrial ecosystem platform.
