On September 9, the mobilization conference for the commencement of 2025 autumn key projects in Shenyang was held. A total of 171 projects has commenced this autumn, with a total investment exceeding 130 billion yuan. These projects cover multiple fields including high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, agricultural product circulation and biomedicine.
