The magnetic levitation application industrial base of Shenyang Vycon Flywheel Co., Ltd. was completed and went into production at the China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang.

On August 9, the completion ceremony of the magnetic levitation application industrial base and project cooperation signing ceremony of Shenyang Vycon Flywheel Co., Ltd., was held at the China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang.

The newly completed magnetic levitation application industrial base has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and is constructed in two phases.The first phase, with an investment of 400 million yuan, involves the construction of a 65,000-square-meter intelligent production base and a research and development center. Upon reaching its designed capacity, the base will have an annual production capacity of 11,000 flywheel energy storage devices, with an estimated annual output value of 5 billion yuan.

As a "super factory" for Shenyang Vycon's technological transformation, the base aims to become a "global lighthouse factory" and features a full-process intelligent production line. It integrates world-leading technologies, including magnetic bearing, flywheel energy storage, high-speed power machinery and integrated technical system, and masters the core manufacturing processes for high-speed magnetic levitation equipment.In terms of research and development, the base has introduced top-notch scientific research teams such as the Li Peigen Academician Workstation, continuously gathering advanced technologies and R&D forces, and attracting professional talents.

On the day of the base's completion, Shenyang Vycon Flywheel Co., Ltd. signed cooperation agreements with EVE Energy Co., Ltd., Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd., Li Peigen Academician Workstation and other enterprises and research institutions. Nine projects, involving a total investment of 3 billion yuan, reached cooperative intentions.
