Intelligence leads the future,and computing starts a new journey.On July 10,the Shenyang Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park was officially opened.

The first phase of the Shenyang Artificial Intelligence Project has a total construction area of 39,000 square meters. It pioneers a unique "Four Ones" model across the country, implementing the establishment of "1 industrial park + 4 centers + N scenarios", and builds an intelligent AI computing infrastructure cluster covering the entire industrial chain.Relying on Baidu Intelligent Cloud's independently controllable, software and hardware integrated full-stack AI infrastructure, the project deeply integrates multiple cutting-edge technologies such as Baidu Large Model ERNIE, Baidu Baige AI Heterogeneous Compute, and Baidu AppBuilder platform. It provides a public service foundation of AI large models for the digital transformation and intelligent upgrade of characteristics key industries such as metaverse, industrial internet, cultural tourism and biomedicine, becoming a new engine driving the high-quality development of the regional economy.

With 40 enterprises settled,the industrial park had a full complement of businesses upon opening.

At the opening ceremony, the first batch of 40 enterprises such as Tongsuan Hulian, infosec and Inspur Information, completed their settlement. Among them are listed companies, leading enterprises in specific industries, and national strategic emerging industry enterprises. These 40 enterprises cover the entire industrial chain, including chip research and development, AI computing services, data annotation, and large model applications. This has initially formed an industrial ecosystem led by characteristic enterprises and gathering potential ones. The industrial park had a full complement of businesses and linked up the industrial ecosystem upon opening.
