Gathering four top-selling brands!A new energy vehicle industrial park will be built at Nanjingnan Street in Shenyang.

At the Spring Major Projects Commencement and Resumption Mobilization Conference of Heping District in 2025,the Nanjingnan Street New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park project was officially unveiled.

The Nanjingnan Street New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park project is located to the east of Nanjingnan Street and to the west of Xiandaoer Lane, with its northern boundary at Xiandaonan Road and its southern boundary at Changbainan Road. The land area is 15,346.5 square meters and the total construction area is 9,048.08 square meters. The project plans to commence construction before the end of March.

This project is composed of two core projects: the BYD New Energy Vehicle Project in Heping District and the XPeng New Energy Vehicle Project in Heping District. It brings together four top-selling new energy vehicle brands: HIMA, BYD Ocean, XPeng Auto, and Geely Galaxy. The project echoes the existing Hunnanxi Road auto business area and forms a brand-new auto industry cluster with Nanjing Street as the link.

The Nanjingnan Street New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park project will become a new engine for the development of the new energy vehicle consumer market in Shenyang. It is reported that after the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual turnover of 1 billion yuan, an annual tax payment of more than 10 million yuan, and create 200 jobs at the same time.
