On December 3,the opening ceremony of Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Center (New Site) was held.

This center is another national-level sci-tech enterprise incubator in Huanggu District,which is expected to incubate more than 100 sci-tech enterprises.

As another cooperation achievement of the linkage between Beijing and Shenyang, the Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Center (New Site) is jointly operated by Beijing IEStreet Holdings and Huanggu District.Since the cooperation between Huanggu District People's Government and Beijing IEStreet Holding Co., Ltd. in June 2018, they have operated four industrial parks and built four platforms. The Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Center project is the fifth park jointly operated by the two sides.

The new Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Center is located at No.141 Kunshanzhong Road, with a total construction area of about 7,030 square meters. As a national-level sci-tech enterprise incubator, it is expected to incubate over 100 sci-tech enterprises.The center will focus on developing digital economy and sci-tech innovation ecological industry, and will fully utilize the aggregation and diffusion effects of sci-tech innovation to attract and cultivate quality enterprises, to create a national-level benchmark for sci-tech enterprise incubation.
