On November 1, Aoyou (Shenyang) International Travel Service Co., Ltd., invested by Shi & Guo Pty. Ltd., successfully obtained a business license. This is the first foreign-funded travel agency in Shenyang officially settled in Shenbei New District after the State Council adjusted the relevant regulations.

On July 11 this year, the State Council approved the temporary adjustment of the implementation of certain administrative regulations and departmental regulations approved by the State Council in six pilot cities for expanding the opening up of the service industry including Shenyang, giving Shenyang four new policies, including foreign-funded travel agencies to carry out overseas tourism business.

In May this year, the friendly economic and trade delegation from Shenyang went to Australia for economic and trade negotiation and friendly exchanges. In September, the Australian side was invited to visit Shenyang to learn about the pilot policies for expanding the opening up of the service industry in Shenyang. With joint efforts of both sides, the Aoyou (Shenyang) International Travel Service project was officially launched.

Since being approved as a comprehensive pilot city for expanding the opening up of the service industry, Shenyang has further stepped up its efforts to attract foreign investment in the service industry. At present, two foreign-funded travel agencies have already settled in the city, and 309 foreign-funded enterprises in the service industry have been newly established.
