Recently,the country's first "entrepreneurship bar" with the theme of serving scientific researchers' entrepreneurship was launched in the National University Science and Technology Park of Shenyang Institute of Engineering.

At the launch ceremony, 12 university science and technology parks stationed in Shenyang joined the National University Science and Technology Park Alliance, and the Shenyang Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Alliance signed a cooperation agreement with the Beijing Business Incubation Association.

Shenyang creates the "entrepreneurship bar" model, with linkages at the city, district and school levels. By taking university science and technology parks as carriers, resources can be gathered and effectively utilized on the platform and provide strong support for incubating enterprises in university science and technology parks.

In 2023,Shenyang will build 7 "entrepreneurship bars".

These "entrepreneurship bars" will focus on the city's advantageous sci-tech resources and draw support from creating sci-tech achievements spillover channel, application technology innovation channel, public technology pilot-scale experimental channel, achievement transformation service channel and scientific researchers' entrepreneurship channel to build a platform for exchange and cooperation among innovative and entrepreneurial talents, sci-tech achievements, sci-tech enterprises and sci-tech service institutions, as well as a new sci-tech achievement transformation carrier that gathers innovative resources, generates innovative achievements, unleashes innovative vitality and develops significant innovative effects.
