Recently, the commissioning ceremony of UHV Bushing R&D and Manufacturing Base was held in TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group Co., Ltd.After the production of this base, it will achieve mass production of UHV bushing products and promote the continuous improvement of the safety level of China's power transmission and transformation industry.

The UHV Bushing R&D and Manufacturing Base is developed and constructed by Shenyang Hexin Bushing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of CNY 640 million and a floor area of 27,000 square meters.

In addition to conventional products, the base will produce UHV "star products" such as ±800kV dry DC bushing, ±1100kV UHV DC bushing, and 1100kV UHV dry AC bushing. It is expected to produce 4,360 bushings annually and generate an annual sales revenue of about CNY 600 million.

The UHV Bushing R&D and Manufacturing Base, which is now officially put into production, has intelligent equipment and digital systems with a full sense of science and technology, such as the metal parts robot 3D scanning inspection line and the industry's first bushing robot automatic assembly production line.

In addition, a 5G dedicated network covering the entire base is also being built in the UHV Bushing R&D and Manufacturing Base, utilizing the 5G network to enhance the company's capabilities in collaborative design, manufacturing and services related to UHV bushings. The network construction is expected to be completed in February next year.
