Recently, the EVE Energy Storage and Power Battery Project with a total investment of CNY 10 billion was launched. After being put into operation, it will fill the gap of the new energy power battery industry in Shenyang and create a "milestone" for the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Shenyang. This project is one of the major achievements in project construction in Shenyang.

Shenyang Municipal Development and Reform Commission regards project construction as a key support for new breakthroughs in revitalization and development to promote high-quality, high standard,and high-speed growth of projects throughout the city and accelerate the construction of high-quality project group that appealing in this era.

Focusing on the fields of industrial transformation, infrastructure, new-type urbanization, innovation-driven, livelihood security, energy conservation and environmental protection, it is planned to promote 3,500 projects with a total investment of over CNY 3.3 trillion throughout the year. In the first quarter, the city has planned to promote 2,892 projects, a year-on-year increase of 223 projects, with a total investment of CNY 2.3 trillion, an increase of 10.2%; the annual planned investment is CNY 186.03 billion, an increase of 13.5%.

In the first quarter, 1,511 key projects were commenced and resumed in the city, an increase of 163 projects compared to the same period last year. The annual planned investment was CNY 129.95 billion, an increase of 8.2%. Among them, there were 267 newly built projects, a year-on-year increase of 46 projects, and the annual planned investment was CNY 28.58 billion, an increase of 16.6%; there were 1,244 continued construction projects, a year-on-year increase of 117 projects, with an annual planned investment of CNY 101.37 billion, an increase of 12.7%.
