On March 29, the project of China-Russia Local Industrial Cooperation Promotion Center was signed in Shenyang. The project will be jointly constructed by Liaozhong District and the China-Russia Chamber of Commerce of Machinery and Electronic Products, and settle in the China-Russia (Shenyang) Economic and Trade Cooperation Industrial Park in the Jinhai Zone of Shenyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

The China-Russia (Shenyang) Economic and Trade Cooperation Industrial Park is committed to building a leading export processing, trade and logistics platform in NE China and focuses on the construction of characteristic parks such as China-Russia Food Processing Park, the China-Russia Electromechanical Industrial Park, and the China-Russia Timber Park.

The projects signed this time include the exhibition and trading center for Russian bulk commodities and characteristic commodities , communication center with local governments, business associations, industrial parks in Russian-speaking countries, promotion and exhibition center in key Russian states and industrial parks, industrial research center for economic and trade cooperation with Russian-speaking countries, comprehensive service center for China-Russia economic and trade cooperation, and Russian imported materials and equipment procurement center, which will promote the park to accelerate industrial agglomeration and enhance service functions.
