On August 20, another cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service platform - "Zhen Taotao" was launched and operated in Shenyang.This cross-border e-commerce platform establishes a combination of online and offline operation system, while enriching consumer shopping channels, to achieve shopping mode of "Order online and experience offline".At the same time, the e-commerce platform will also build a logistics and warehousing center of about 5,000 square meters within the free trade zone based on the advantages of platforms such as Shenyang area of free trade zone and comprehensive insurance area, integrate high-quality imported goods and cross-border logistics resources, and build an integrated cross-border supply chain self-operation system.

There is more than the "Zhen Tao Tao" company looking at the the development opportunities of Shenyang cross-border e-commerce industry.As the first cross-border e-commerce comprehensive service platform registered and established in Shenyang area of free trade zone, Fangde Technology Shenyang Co.,Ltd. will also invest CNY 200 million to establish a "cross-border e-commerce complex" combining online and offline activities in Shenyang area of free trade zone.

Currently, Shenyang has 17 cross-border e-commerce trading platforms under construction and construction, and more than 400 cross-border e-commerce import and export enterprises in the city.Experts said that the Shenyang area of the free trade zone has made breakthroughs in institutional innovation, deepening reform of "Streamline administration, delegate power and improve services" and international payment and transfer. A series of reform and innovation achievements, such as the new B zone of Shenyang Comprehensive Free Trade zone and the construction of financial island, have provided an effective guarantee for the cross-border e-commerce in the aspect of supervision and service of financial services, intelligent logistics, risk prevention and control, etc.

"Shenyang needs to be bold, aggressive and independent in exploring cross-border e-commerce platforms. For example, the government needs to strengthen guidance and input, especially in the construction of platforms and systems, which requires enterprises to improve brand awareness and find solutions on B2B(business-to-business) and B2C(business-to-Consumer)," said Jiang Wei, a professor at Shenyang University.
