In Luwero, a district in the central part of Uganda, the pearl of Africa, there is a famous industrial park named Liaoshen Industrial Park.September 25, reporter learned that the first phase of 2.6 square kilometers has been completed and has been put into use. 9 enterprises settled down there. 3 of them are in operation and 6 of them are under construction. In the future, the pillar industries of this industrial park will be machinery, electronic machinery, architectural ceramics, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, textile and garment, photovoltaic optical technology, household appliances manufacturing and food processing.

From the initial shaping of the idea to build an industrial park in November, 2013, to the official foundation laying in December, 2015, and to the settlement of the 9 enterprises, Uganda Liaoshen Industrial Park has realized the transformation from one project to one industrial park in "going to the outside world" of the enterprises. Uganda Liaoshen Industrial Park has also become a "province level industrial park" of Liaoning province.

Uganda is always one of the important economic and trade cooperation partner of our country. Especially in the recent two years, China has clearly stated that we will focus on Uganda of East Africa, follow the trend of the economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa, and promote international capacity cooperation.Under such background, Liaoshen Industrial Park experienced a development history of becoming big and strong. At present, the infrastructures in the industrial park has been gradually completed, industrial service has become better and better, and the development platform has become bigger and bigger.

Good projects have significance to the development and the forming of the development pattern. Uganda Liaoshen Industrial Park sticks tightly to the principle of "combining the feature of the industrial park, paying attention to environmental protection and energy saving, aiming at industrial orientation, insisting on inviting excellent investment and enterprises", and requires that all projects entering the industrial park must meet the industrial development regulations and environmental protection standard. All projects should strictly follow the industrial development plan and overall plan for land utilization. Completely eradicate randomness and increase land utilization rate.

In the future, Liaoshen Industrial Park will be built into the first well-equipped industrial park which covers multiple industries of Uganda in the future. It's predicted that the employment number will be no less than ten thousand. It will become the national level industrial park of Uganda in the future.
