Recently, "Signing Ceremony of Shenyang Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park and International Business Inviting and Promotion Conference" was held in Heping District. Many famous domestic and Southeast Asian private enterprises are invited.

Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park is the first cross-border e-commerce industrial park and NE China e-commerce industrial platform + supply chain financial service center of Shenyang. The industrial park is located in Heping District with a total planned construction area of 15,000 square meters. Total area of warehousing and distribution center is 12,000 square meters. It's planned to be put into official use in September this year.

"Shenyang Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Service Platform" integrates "customs", "tax", "inspection and quarantine", “foreign exchange”, “industry and commerce”, “finance” and "logistics" into one and connects with the public management service platform and the comprehensive service platforms of all industrial parks. The platform will help the enterprises to contact with customs, inspection and quarantine, State Administration of Foreign Exchange and tax departments, provide trade platforms such as Amazon and docking service with logistics, express delivery and warehouse.
