January 18, on 2019 China Software Industry Annual Meeting hosted by China Software Industry Association, Shenyang International Software Park, together with Zhongguancun Software Park, Shanghai Pudong Software Park, Xiamen Software Park, won the honorary title of "2018 Most Vigorous Software Park of China".

Shenyang International Software Park locates at the core part of Hunnan District. It's the intensive software industry cluster of NE China and even the whole country which features in industrial software. It's also the biggest open software park in Shenyang at present. As an important engine in the promotion of economic transformation of Shenyang, Shenyang International Software Park has put nearly 800,000 square meters of industrial office building into use with more than 30,000 employees since the beginning of the construction in 2009.By the end of 2018, 1080 enterprises have entered the industrial park, among which 43 are world's top 500 enterprises, 22 are top 100 software enterprises of China and 86 listed enterprises and branch companies of listed enterprises. Among all the enterprises, 70% of them are local enterprises started their business there. 30% of them are the branches of famous enterprises. Besides, there are also 30 leading enterprises of market segment in China. In 2015, it's recognized as "Top 10 Mainstay Software Park of China" by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. It ranked No.6 in China, No.1 in NE China and No.1 among all private run software park in China.

During its development, Shenyang International Software Park insisted on "inviting from outside and breed in the inside" and "grasping both ends and guiding the middle" development pattern. On one hand, it cultivates the startups with incubators, accelerators and maker spaces. On the other hand, the software industrial park put emphasis on local startups with high-growth and great potential to be listed. At present, Shenyang International Software Park owns more than 10 pre-IPO enterprises. It's predicted that two enterprises will enter capital market this year. The industrial park plans to foster 7-10 local listed enterprises in the next 7-10 years.
