On November 12, Liaozhong District of Shenyang City and Kalininsky District of Ufa City, Russia held an online ceremony on the establishment of friendship-district relationship, opening a new chapter in cooperation.

At the meeting, Yang Xiaobo, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liaozhong District Committee and District Mayor, and Ahmedyanov Galiyanovich, District Mayor of Kalininsky District of Ufa City, jointly signed the agreement.Zhang Jian, Executive Deputy Chief of Liaozhong District, on behalf of the CPC District Committee and the District Government, presented the appointment letters of Liaozhong Investment Ambassador to Karpova Irina, General Manager of AREAL LLC, and Smelianskii Anton, Deputy General Manager.

Yang Xiaobo stated that Liaozhong District has seized the important opportunity of "opening up to the north", and accelerated the development of the China-Russia (Shenyang) Economic and Trade Cooperation Industrial Park in accordance with the development idea of "platform + channel + industry". At present, the Sino-Russian Food Park has been completed and put into use. The TIR international cross-border road transportation from Liaozhong Park of Shenyang Comprehensive Bonded Zone to Moscow has been open for operation, and the first batch of railway trains from the offshore station of the Shenyang Production Service-type National Logistics Hub will soon be dispatched to Moscow. The signing of this agreement marks a new stage of close cooperation and mutual development between the two sides. It is hoped that the two sides can take this signing as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and coordination and expand all-round exchanges and cooperation.

Ahmedyanov Galiyanovich introduced the basic situation of Kalininsky District, and hoped that the signing of this agreement can promote exchanges and cooperation in culture, education, sports, tourism and other fields, deepen friendship between the two sides, stimulate innovative vitality, and achieve higher level of prosperity and development.
