Welcoming over 100,000 visits and securing intended cooperation worth over 50 million yuan!

Recently,Shenyang took part in the Beijing International Ageing Industry Expo 2026 as the guest city of honor.

From October 9 to October 11, the Beijing International Ageing Industry Expo 2026 and the 2026 Beijing SiJiQing Forum of Elderly Care Industry Development were held in Beijing.

Shenyang took part in the event as the guest city of honor. The Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs and the Municipal Office for Aging organized more than 30 entities, including the Shenyang Municipal Association for Aging, the Municipal Agricultural Industrial Chain Association and local elderly care-related enterprises, to attend the expo. A dedicated Shenyang city exhibition area was set up to showcase the achievements of Shenyang's silver-hair economy and further deepen Beijing-Shenyang paired-up cooperation. The area welcomed over 100,000 visits in total, and secured more than 30 prospective cooperation clients, with intended cooperation value exceeding 50 million yuan.

On October 9 and 10, Shenyang arranged for participating enterprises to visit and study at the Zhongguancun (Chaoyang) Smart Healthcare Industrial Park. They conducted engagement negotiations with central state-owned enterprises including SDIC Health and China Everbright Group, and reached intentions regarding investment in elderly-care projects in Shenyang as well as cooperation with the "Shengqing Kangyang", Shenyang's comprehensive platform for basic elderly-care services.
