In December,good news keeps coming to Shenyang!

At the recently held ceremony for the China Best Employer Award 2025,Shenyang once again won the "Award of Most Employment Promotion City".This is the second consecutive year that Shenyang has received this award.

In recent years, Shenyang has placed employment work in a prominent position, deeply implemented the "Shuxin Employment" livelihood project, and adopted multiple measures to promote the expansion and improvement of employment.

To expand the radius of employment services, Shenyang has established 92 talent workstations in 30 cities both within and outside Liaoning Province, building a wide-ranging talent recruitment network. Moreover, the "Shuxin employment communities" have been built across over 1,000 communities in the city, ensuring full coverage of public employment services in communities. The Shenyang Shuxin Employment Service Platform has integrated over 40 functions, providing convenient "one-stop" cloud-based employment services.

In terms of brand building, Shenyang has been continuously strengthening the two major talent recruitment brands, namely the "Northeast Asia Conference on Exchange of Professionals" and the "PHD Holders Tour in Shenyang", to expand their influence in Northeast China. The cultivation of labor brands has achieved remarkable results, with the creation of 4 provincial and 20 municipal labor brands, which have cumulatively driven employment for over 500,000 people.

As of now in 2025, Shenyang has seen 146,000 newly employed persons in urban areas and attracted 61,000 fresh college graduates to come to and stay in the city.
