
Good news!The UNESCO has officially announced that Shenyang has been selected for the Global Network of Learning Cities!
On December 4,the UNESCO announced that 72 cities from 46 countries around the world,including Shenyang,were newly admitted to the organization's Global Network of Learning Cities,in recognition of their outstanding commitment and efforts to ensure that everyone has access to education.Other Chinese cities selected this time include Tianjin and Ningbo.
With this expansion,the Global Network of Learning Cities now includes 425 cities from 91 countries,providing lifelong learning opportunities for nearly 500 million citizens.A total of 15 cities in China have joined the Global Network of Learning Cities.
