Recently,a garden has been created on the rooftops of buildings along Qingnian Street for citizens to relax and have fun.In recent years,Shenyang has been emphasizing the design and promotion of rooftop gardens,advocating a low-carbon,ecological and creative quality life,and creating a unique view for each rooftop.The once barren and messy concrete rooftops have been transformed into rooftop gardens.
