On December 20,hosted by the Oriental Outlook magazine of the Xinhua News Agency,the Happiest Cities Forum 2024 was held in Shanghai.Shenyang was listed among the happiest cities (provincial capitals and cities separately listed in the state plan).This is the third consecutive year that Shenyang has won this title.

Not only are people in Shenyang delight for Shenyang winning this title, but those who have been to Shenyang have also agreed that Shenyang is indeed a city that can make people feel happy.

Many tourists who have interacted with Shenyang people have left similar comments, such as "Shenyang people are generous, warm-hearted and hospitable!" Mr. Liu from Gansu participated in an event in Shenyang and said, "After visiting the Shenyang Imperial Palace Museum and watching the performance of Errenzhuan, I was deeply moved. This is my first time in Shenyang, and I've been here for 3 days. No matter where I go, people call me 'Lao Di' (a nickname for young man in Chinese). It feels like I'm back home, without any feelings of strangeness or alienation. Shenyang is very warm."

From spring to winter, Shenyang has launched hundreds of culture, sports and tourism activities in different seasons. Now that the Winter Solstice has passed, Shenyang is even more enchanting with its winter scenery. At the Qipan Mountain Scenic Area and the Dongbeiya International Ski Resort, the charm of ice and snow is once again evident.
