According to the work plan of "The city of charm, brilliant Shenyang", Shenyang has completed the construction and upgrading of nearly 100 scenic lighting spots in recent years, such as Maoye Building, Sunwah Building, Shenyang Tiandi Building A, Shenshuiwan Park, 1905 Square, Wanquan Park and Lilac Lake Park.

Especially since June this year, Shenyang has focused on the lighting upgrading for over 30 buildings at the core area on both sides of the Hunhe River, such as Shengjing Grand theater, K11 Select Mall, Pujiang Oriental Mall, Hilton Hotel and Hunhe Bridge, and 16 buildings around the Shifu Square, such as Sunwah Tower, Liaoning Grand Theater, Shenyang Museum and ZHD Building, improving the nighttime lighting in the urban core area.
