On September 24, the event for the 10th anniversary of Shenyang–Incheon Sister City Relationship—the "Hello Shenyang" International Sister City Mayor Exchange Day (Shenyang–Incheon) and Incheon Metropolitan City Tourism Promotion Meeting was held in Shenyang.

Incheon is one of the six metropolitan cities in the ROK and is one of the most active international sister cities in terms of exchanges with Shenyang.Since the two cities established a sister city relationship in June 2014, they have conducted practical exchanges and cooperation in various fields such as economy and trade, culture, automobiles, smart city, logistics, food and medical aesthetics, and have achieved fruitful results.

During the event, Shenyang and Incheon also signed the Strategic Cooperation Memorandum between Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio and Television and Incheon Tourism Development Bureau.The tourism industry of the two cities will reach cooperation intentions in promoting the development of tourism resources, sending tourists to each other and learning from each other's advanced experience.
