On September 26,the first intelligent refueling robot in Northeast China was put into use at the CNPC Puxin Road Gas Station.

This robot refueling device adopts a SDOF dual cooperative robot arm design. Moreover, combined with cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and deep learning, it can automatically identify the fuel tank cap and achieve the entire machine explosion-proof.After the car owner selects "Robot Refueling" on the "CNPC Haoke e-Station" App, the instructed refueling robot's dual arms cooperate to achieve series of actions including opening and closing the fuel tank, lifting the nozzle to refuel, and closing the fuel tank cap.The robot becomes a "digital and intelligent" landscape of Puxin Road Comprehensive Energy Station.

At present, the intelligent refueling robot has entered the trial operation stage. When refueling, citizens only need to place the refueling port within a range of about one meter, and the robotic arms can automatically refuel within two minutes.In the future, with the gradual upgrading of software systems, the refueling speed of robots will be increased and the range of applicable vehicle models will be expanded to provide better refueling services to citizens.
