In the golden autumn of September,rowing race will be staged on the beautiful Hunhe River!

On September 1,the 6th Shenyang Open Regatta will kick off on the "China's Most Beautiful City Hydrostatic Track".

The 6th Shenyang Open Regatta is hosted by the Chinese Rowing Association and the Shenyang Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by the Shenyang Sports Bureau.The competition will take place from September 1 to 3. The theme of this year's competition is "Hello Rowing".When it comes, there will be more than 30 domestic and foreign rowing teams, with a total of over 400 coaches and athletes, participating in the event.

The competition consists of six categories: elite group, master group (A, B, C), university group, youth group (U13, U16, U18), long-distance round-the-island public group and long-distance round-the-island university group.

The tracks of the competition are located in the urban central section of Hunhe River (from Hunhe Bridge to Fumin Bridge), which is a cultural corridor that integrates ecological landscapes, cultural attractions and iconic buildings.In addition to the 1,000-meter race, there will be a 4.5-kilometer long-distance round-the-island race, making participants enjoy themselves in the race and the trip in Shenyang.

Especially, the Muster Roll-Call Ceremony will be held at the opening ceremony tomorrow evening.At the ceremony, 32 domestic and foreignteams will make appearances and take the protagonist identity to jointly create a grand water sports event for world rowing enthusiasts.
