Signing Ceremony of the Project Partner Settlement of Shenyang Vanke Sino-Japanese Industrial Park was held on June 28. Wang Xinwei, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Shenyang Municipal Party Committee,attended the signing ceremony, and Lyu Zhicheng,Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee, Mayor of Shenyang Municipal People's Government, delivered a speech.

Vanke Sino-Japanese Industrial Park is one of the important platforms for promoting foreign economic and trade cooperation and exchanges of Shenyang.Following the model of "enterprise leading,government supporting and Sino Japanese co-constructing", it builds an innovative international industrial community led by health care, energy conservation & environmental protection and urban consumption. At present, the park has signed strategic cooperation agreements with 36 enterprises such as Mitsubishi Corporation, Mitsui, Lawson, Panasonic, and Toshiba,and more than 20 enterprises such as Comprehensive Demonstration Store jointly operated by Lawson and Panasonic and Sino-Japanese Commodity Collection Store have been located or opened successively.

Wang Xinwei and Lyu Zhicheng listened to the introduction of the construction and investment promotion of Vanke Sino-Japanese Industrial Park, and "Hello, Shenyang" China-Japan Cultural Exchange Activity held here on site, and welcomed Japanese-funded enterprises to come to Shenyang for investment and development.It is hoped that enterprises can accelerate their layouts of businesses in Shenyang, bring new products, new technologies and new services to Shenyang, and achieve win-win development. Wang Xinwei noted that, we should deeply study and implement the important statements on opening up of Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,serve and integrate into the new development pattern actively, unswervingly promote the high-level opening up,and build a new highland for Northeast Asia open cooperation.It is necessary to improve the function level of the platform, align with international criteria and standards, innovate cooperation modes, speed up the improvement of the infrastructure and public services of the park, and continuously improve the level of the liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment.It is necessary to strengthen the orientations of industries,focusing on developing innovative economy,open economy,service economy,flow economy and headquarters economy, accelerate to gather the global factors of resources, and vigorously attract new industries and business formats such as advanced manufacturing, digital economy, biomedicine and international medical care, so as to improve the competitive advantages.It is necessary to deepen cooperation and exchanges, continue to carry out "Hello, Shenyang" Serial Promotional Activities, spread Shenyang's voice,tell the story of Shenyang well,display the image of Shenyang, and let the brand of "International Shenyang" be famous.

Lyu Zhicheng said in his speech that with outstanding location advantages, strong industrial foundation,rich innovative resources and vast market space, Shenyang has the unique advantages of expanding opening up and linking RCEP. It is hoped that more and more Japanese-funded enterprises will come to Shenyang and jointly build the Sino-Japanese industrial park,share development opportunities and create a better future together. Shenyang will actively build a first-class market-oriented,law-based and international business environment, and provide a full range of services in administrative approval, policy support and the elements of guarantees, so as to create good conditions for the development of all enterprises,including Japanese-funded enterprises,coming to Shenyang for investment.

During the event, 6 enterprises signed contracts on site and 4 settled in Vanke Sino-Japanese Industrial Park.
