Shenyang Bureau

of Science and Technology

actively seized

the opportunity of the layout

for the new round

of national major sci-tech

innovation platforms,

and constantly improved

the system level

of sci-tech innovation platforms.

It is introduced that at present, there are 64 national sci-tech innovation platforms, 928 provincial sci-tech innovation platforms and 429 municipal sci-tech innovation platforms in Shenyang.

Guided by performance, Shenyang Bureau of Science and Technology optimized the policies of sci-tech innovation platforms and guides sci-tech innovation platforms of all levels and types to serve the industrial innovation and development. In 2022, a total of CNY 25 million of special funds were allocated for science and technology. For 40 sci-tech innovation platforms with excellent and good performance evaluation, CNY 1 million and CNY 0.5 million were awarded respectively for each platform. The bureau organized platforms of all levels and types to allocate and open to key industrial chains such as automobiles (new energy vehicles) and parts, high-end equipment (robots), aviation and integrated circuit.

In addition, the bureau guided platforms and their supporting units to introduce, cultivate, use and retain talents with open policies and measures, so as to promote the development of sci-tech innovation platforms and the growth of talents in the same direction and with the same speed. In 2022, 88 new municipal sci-tech innovation platforms gathered 3,590 scientific researchers, including 7 academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, 73 high-end sci-tech talents and 17 foreign experts.
