Good news!Gongzhuling Village,Sijiazi Mongolian Nationality Township of Faku County of Shenyang was selected into China's Beautiful Leisure Villages in 2022!

In order to focus on industry promoting rural development, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs launched the promotion of China's Beautiful Leisure Villages in 2022 to promote the integrative development of primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.After selection and recommendation by provinces, expert evaluation and online publicity, 255 villages nationwide were listed.8 villages from Liaoning Province were shortlisted, and Gongzhuling Village, Sijiazi Mongolian Nationality Township of Faku County of Shenyang was among them.

It is reported that there are three characteristics in these villages:

First, the innovative business formats are abundant. By effectively combining agricultural sightseeing and picking with science popularization of agricultural science and technology, 90% of the selected villages hold agricultural festivals in combination with different agricultural seasons.

Second, the dominant position of farmers is prominent. Farmers are operators - they use their own rural houses and farmlands to operate the rural household entertainment featured projects. They are practitioners - farmers account for more than 85% of the leisure agriculture practitioners in the village, driving more than 300 households on average. They are also sharers - in nearly 90% of the selected villages, the main income of farmers is rural leisure tourism operating income.

Third, digitalization empowers marketing services. Most of the selected villages carry out marketing publicity, ticket booking and room booking via APPs and live broadcast platforms, and achieve consumption guidance, passenger flow calculation and other functions via big data and other technologies to make services intelligent, information-based and efficient.
