Good news!Shenyang won the national honor of food safety!Recently,Shenyang was officially named as a national food safety demonstration city by the Food Safety Office of the State Council,becoming one of the first batch of cities in the province to pass the national food safety demonstration acceptance.

Shenyang invested CNY 325 million to build two kitchen waste centralized collection, transportation and disposal units in the north and south respectively, basically covering medium-sized and above restaurants, unit canteens and some small catering concentration blocks. Up to now, Shenyang has collected and transported 125,284.42 tons of kitchen waste this year.

Shenyang invested CNY 230 million to strengthen the construction of the institute for food and drug inspection. At present, Shenyang Institute for Food and Drug Inspection has passed the CMA of 2,649 food parameters and 612 products. At the same time, Shenyang adheres to the problem-oriented and strengthens sampling inspection. The pass rate of food sampling inspection has reached over 98.2% for three consecutive years.

Shenyang continued to improve the food grid smart supervision system, and the city's 134,800 food, drug and equipment production and operation units achieved dynamic management of the regulatory base.

Shenyang established "Internet + See-through Kitchen" full-coverage intelligent supervision system. Up to now, 1,724 primary and secondary schools (including kindergartens) with canteens in the city have achieved the goal of "Internet + See-through Kitchen", with coverage rate of 100%.
