Sponge city is a model of urban innovation and construction,which means that a city,like a sponge.When encountering rainfall,runoff rainwater can be "absorbed,stored,infiltrated and purified" locally or nearby to replenish groundwater and regulate water circulation.When necessary,the stored water can be "released" and used to protect and improve the urban ecological environment.
