Recently,711 large variable diameter magnetic flux leakage detector independently developed by Shenyang Academy of Instrumentation Science succeeded in natural gas pipeline receiving balls in Turkmenistan.The detector is one of the rare high and cutting-edge technology achievements in China.

This inspection is part of the Intelligent Inspection Service Project for Pipeline in Block AB of Bagtyjiarlyk Contractual Area in Turkmenistan.The 711 large variable diameter magnetic flux leakage detector carried out the inspection for Bereketli gas gathering trunk line.

The 711 large variable diameter magnetic flux leakage detector used this time is independently developed by HB Pipeline Technology Co.,Ltd.of Shenyang Academy of Instrumentation Science.The successful implementation of the project provides a data basis for the subsequent verification of the accuracy of the detection technology for defect identification,and provides guidance and direction for the research,development and application of pipeline detection technology.

The successful inspection in the pipeline has greatly promoted the overall level of pipeline defect monitoring management of Shenyang Academy of Instrumentation Science,provided a strong guarantee for continuously accelerating the progress of pipeline inspection technology,and accumulated valuable experience for the reliability and accuracy of the pipeline detector independently developed by the academy in the application of natural gas pipelines.
