Shenyang Library reopened on March 17. 

Opening time:

9:00-16:00 from Tuesday to Sunday

13:00-16:00 on Monday

Entry procedure:

Readers are required to register with their real names and valid identity certificates. The daily admission limit is 400 people. 

Readers are required to take the temperature measurement before entering the library and to wear the facial masks at all times. 

Before entering the library, readers can get a pair of disposable gloves for free, so as to find the books. 

Readers should return the books to the "24-hour self-service book return office" of the library for uniform disinfection. 

Readers are advised to leave the library immediately after borrowing the books and keep a safe distance of 1.5 meters from each other. Please do not linger too long. 

After borrowing the books, please use the book disinfection machine to disinfect the books. 

At present, the open parts of the library are Reference Desk, Social Science Reading Room, Natural Science Reading Room, Literature and Art Reading Room and Children's Book Reading Room. 

The Study Room, Periodical Reading room, Newspaper Reading Room, Foreign Language, and CD Reading Room, Multimedia Reading Room, Local Documents Reading Room, Information Consulting Room, Movie Hall, Music Hall, Exhibition Hall, Saturday Theatre and various kinds of training, lectures, and calligraphy and painting classes for the elderly will be temporarily closed.
