Busy work, young children, the elderly need to take care of... Under the dual pressure of work and life, many people will choose to find a housekeeper to help them out. Nowadays, housekeeping services are becoming a "new need" for many families. According to Shenyang Municipal Commerce Bureau on August 6 that in the future, domestic workers in Shenyang will realize the credit record "national network", and the credit record of domestic workers can be checked through the mobile phone app.

The person in charge of Shenyang Gold Medal Home Economics said that the current domestic service industry is developing rapidly. Although some domestic enterprises have credit management related systems, scattered personnel who have not entered the information can also label themselves as "domestic service". At both ends of the supply and demand of domestic service, there are some phenomena, such as the information is not transparent enough and the selection depends on luck. The inability to truly understand the professionalism and experience of domestic workers and the difficulty of tracing the creditworthiness of the domestic service industry have become the problems for many consumers.

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce and other eight departments issued the Notice on Accelerating the Construction of Credit System of the Domestic Service Industry and Orderly Promoting the Resumption of Business of Domestic Service Enterprises, officially launching the domestic service credit information platform to establish the credit records of domestic service workers and domestic service enterprises. The credit record of domestic workers includes personal identification information, criminal background verification within five years, employment experience, training, and other information. Employers can check their credit records through relevant apps. In addition, the Ministry of Commerce will also launch a "credit information inquiry for domestic workers" function on platforms such as the State Council's App, WeChat Pay, and Baidu.

The credit information platform for domestic service launched by the Ministry of Commerce has been promoted and applied in Shenyang. So far, 130 domestic enterprises and more than 7,000 domestic workers in the city have completed information entry and passed the audit on the platform, realizing the national network of domestic information. In the future, the domestic service market in Shenyang will be further standardized, and the public will feel more at ease when hiring domestic workers.
