China Mobile Shenyang Branch has built more than 150 5G base stations in the city at present, and it has achieved continuous coverage in key industrial areas and commercial areas such as Zhongjie Road Commercial Area, Taiyuan Street Commercial Area and Olympic Sports Center Commercial Area. China Mobile 5G mobile phone users can log on to 5G network and directly use 5G signals without changing SIM cards or their phone number in the above areas. 

5G base station has also been launched at Aotizhongxin (Olympic Sports Center) Metro Station. This is the first 5G digital indoor distribution system network based on 2.6 GHz frequency band in Northeast China. At present, the 5G base stations are mainly located outside, which are used to widen the width of 5G network, while the indoor distribution system is used to solve the problem of the deep coverage of 5G network. The goal is to get 5G signals to cover every corner of the room. 

The peak download speed of 5G network hits 1G per second in Shenyang at present.
