Shenyang officially entered the era of 5G commercial use on October 31 and became one of the first batch of cities in China to kick off commercialization of 5G services.
The nation's major three telecom operators rolled out their 5G data plans simultaneously on October 31. Among them, the charges of China Mobile's personal 5G data plans are divided into 5 levels from 128 RMB Yuan to 598 RMB Yuan, China Unicom's plans are divided into 6 levels, from 129 RMB Yuan to 599 RMB Yuan, and China Telecom's plans are divided into 7 levels, from 129 RMB Yuan to 599 RMB Yuan. The cheapest data plans of the three telecom operators all include 30GB of data and 500 minutes of voice calls.
5G is more widely applied in the vertical industry. 23 important industry scenes with different business types including BMW Brilliance, SIASUN Robot & Automation, Liaoning Provincial Museum and the metro station of Olympic Sports Center are all covered with 5G network.
