On April 7, Shenyang Municipal Child Welfare House released the information of the second batch of 18 adoptable children to the society. These children, between the ages of 3 and 11, are under the careful care of the welfare house, and the children are mentally developed and have the basic requirements to be adopted. 

At the end of last year, Shenyang Municipal Child Welfare House made the first public announcement of 10 children suitable for adoption. Up to now, more than half of the first round of adoptions has been completed, with many children finding suitable adoptive families. 

This time, Shenyang Municipal Child Welfare House works with various departments to make the basic information of adoptable children available to the public, break down geographical boundaries and effectively link information between prospective adopters and adoptable children. It is hoped that the orphans and disabled children will be integrated into the society and return to their families as soon as possible, striving to let every flower of the motherland bloom splendidly.
