Closed public places reopen

Bathing centers, massage parlors, beauty salons, chess and card rooms, amusement halls, Internet cafes, KTVs, dance halls, disco halls and other closed public places will reopen.

Travel requirements for residents

Residents must wear masks scientifically when entering and leaving residential communities, scan the "venue code" and show the green code of Health Code. The negative certificate of nucleic acid testing will no longer be checked.

When people enter pharmacies or purchase antipyretic drugs, cough drugs, antiviral drugs and antibiotics drugs on Internet platforms, the negative certificate of nucleic acid testing will no longer be checked, and the real name registration information will no longer be needed.

When taking public transportation such as buses, metros, taxis (online car hailing), people need to wear masks scientifically, scan the "venue code" and show the green code of Health Code. The negative certificate of nucleic acid testing will no longer be checked.

When entering other public places, people need to wear masks scientifically, scan the "venue code", take the temperature measurement and show the green code of Health Code. The negative certificate of nucleic acid testing will no longer be checked.

Optimize management measures of key units

Welfare institutions, pension institutions, mental health institutions, public security and judicial administration institutions shall continue to implement enclosed management.

Medical institutions shall strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks scientifically, scanning the "venue code", temperature measurement, showing the green code of Health Code, and checking the negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours.

The teaching activities of primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and various education and training institutions shall implement the provisions of the competent education departments.

Strengthen COVID-19 vaccination

Strengthen the COVID-19 vaccination of elderly people. Elderly people who are eligible for vaccination, especially those over 80 years old, should complete the full-course COVID-19 vaccination and booster immunization as soon as possible.
