On the morning of April 1, France time, Conference of Communication on the Project of Shenyang (Shenhe District) Cultural and Creative Center was held at the Xinhua News Agency•Oriental Center in Paris.

The event is aimed at establishing a long-term China-Europe business cooperation and exchange platform, relying on the construction of the "National Cultural Export Base" in Shenhe District to build a cultural and creative center in Shenyang, and helping Shenhe District to take "culture" as the carrier to deeply integrate and develop multiple fields, industries and diversification, including finance, commerce, culture and tourism.

At the site of the series of promotion events, Shenhe District reached intentional cooperation and signed strategic cooperation agreements with 10 French enterprises and institutions, including DM MARKET, GAPME (Global Alliance of Small and Medium Enterprises in France), ART&EVENT, BABEL TOWER FILM and Phillip de Lestrange.

In addition, 33 beautiful pictures of Shenyang City and Shenhe District were simultaneously displayed at the event site, which focused on topics such as finance, commerce, transportation, agriculture, culture and tourism and humanities, and highlighted major events and exciting moments.

Many participants and guests expressed great interest in the Shenyang delegation's activities in Paris. A French entrepreneur said that the on-site photo exhibition had given him a certain understanding of Shenyang City, especially Shenhe District, and he prepared to schedule a visit as soon as possible and strove to facilitate the settlement of a number of new projects in Shenhe District.
