"Members of the public legal service group have been providing public legal services to commercial buildings throughout the district since last year,providing one-on-one assistance.We feel particularly proud to see many companies grow and develop as a result," Recently,in the city's public legal services into the building work experience exchange meeting,Liu Zhengwei,Director of Shenhe District Micro,Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Public Legal Service Center said.

With the goal of "building the first regional building economy in the northeast",Shenhe District is now vigorously promoting the branding of special buildings.At the same time,Shenhe District has taken the lead in implementing public legal services into buildings to continuously optimize the economic and business environment of buildings.In December 2021,Shenhe District selected 20 large high-end and characteristic buildings such as Kerry Parkside and Forum 66 as pilot buildings.Led by the district justice bureau and commerce bureau,the district integrated lawyer resources,joined Party members'lawyers to form a public legal service team,and established a regular service working mechanism.

In May this year,Shenhe District established the province's first regional "micro,small and medium-sized enterprise public legal service center",set up the Party branch of the center,with "public legal service into the building" as the starting point,to strengthen the top-level design around the whole life cycle,the whole process,and the all-round way.At present,through both online and offline platforms,the center provides legal publicity,legal consultation,civil and commercial mediation,and legal physical examination for building enterprises,especially micro,small and medium-sized enterprises.

Up to now,the district has visited 445 enterprises,held 34 symposiums,held 95 legal physical examinations,carried out 47 online legal training courses with 17,000 people,and recovered economic losses of CNY 575,000.Enterprises'awareness of operating according to law and their ability to resist risks have been continuously improved.
