the construction project

of improving the production capacity

of aviation engine harnesses

and small wind turbines

officially started.

With the total investment of CNY 326 million, this project leads the construction direction with the top-level planning of digital intelligence aviation, improves production capacity through innovation of production models, and applies advanced technical means such as automation, digitization, networking and informatization to strive to create a benchmark project for airborne digital intelligence workshop in Tiexi District.

The project will mainly build a comprehensive equipment plant, and at the same time, add engine cable digital assembly lines, aircraft special cable assembly digital production lines and so on. Centering on building a digital intelligent smart factory, AVIC Xinghua will focus on the construction of intelligent manufacturing related conditions in terms of assembly integration, production inspection, process equipment and production equipment management and control, warehousing logistics and production site distribution, and environmental testing. The construction period of the project is 3 years, and when completed, it is expected to newly increase the production value for the enterprise by about CNY 500 million.
