Shenyang's Zhujia Fair is listed on the 100 new rural tourism scenarios across the province.

Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism released 100 new rural tourism scenarios across the province, covering a total of 10 categories: Harmonious and Beautiful Nature, Human Culture Landmark, Trendy Sites, Smart Countryside, Green Ecological Experience, Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience, Rural Food, Rural Fair, Fine Rural Accommodation and Rural Campsite. Zhujia Fair was the only one in Shenyang selected as the rural fair scenario.

Zhujia Fair was formed spontaneously in the early 1920s and opened in 1926.It opens on the single digit of the dates with 1, 4, and 7.Its history extends for a hundred years,its product supply is abundant,and it is quite popular.

In 2021,Zhujia Fair was upgraded and renovated,and relocated to a new location.

In the upgraded Zhujia Fair,the layout is more reasonable,the functions are more complete,the products are richer,the environment is cleaner and tidier,and the business is more prosperous.

Starting from 2021,the Zhujia Fair New Year's Goods Festival has been held every year before the Lunar Little New Year.The festival integrates activities such as selling New Year's goods,performing arts,visiting the promotion vehicle of Liaoning Provincial Museum for free,and writing Spring Festival couplets and cutting window flowers for free,and enriches the public leisure life during holidays.
