This "Housing Fair" adopts a linkage form of "online viewing and offline purchasing", and the exhibition scope covers all commercial houses that have obtained pre-sale permits for commercial housing.

To meet the convenient housing selection needs of different homebuyers, Shenyang Municipal Real Estate Bureau has established the "Shenyang New Commercial Housing Exhibition Platform". After April 18, homebuyers can log in to the "Shenyang Housing Trading and Leasing Service Platform"  and click on the "Housing Fair" column to search online for housing information of participating buildings of development enterprises.

Comparing with usual days, if you purchase a house during the "Housing Fair" period, you can get a certain degree of subsidy and discount for both first-time house purchasing and house replacement. For individuals who purchase a commercial house of participating building in the "Housing Fair", a subsidy of CNY 100 per square meter will be provided by the government. At the same time, participating enterprises can provide different degrees and forms of discounts based on the actual situation of the project. All district governments are also encouraged to launch preferential policies. Homebuyers can enjoy the policies simultaneously.
