Without the "winter break",key urban construction projects in Shenyang is under intensive construction.The construction of Southern Extension Project of Changqing Street Expressway is accelerated,and Nanyanghu Street Expressway Project and Dadi Road Renovation Project will be fully launched.
By the end of next year,these three projects will be fully completed and open to traffic to alleviate traffic congestion.
Southern Extension Project of Changqing Street Expressway
The main line of the Southern Extension Project of Changqing Street Expressway is expected to be completed in July next year. After the project is completed and open to traffic, it will change the situation where traffic is blocked by three traffic signal lamps before. Fast traffic without signal lamps can be achieved on the Changqing Street Expressway and the Third Ring Expressway.
Nanyanghu Street Expressway Project
Nanyanghu Street Expressway Project starts from Xiannvhebei Road in the north and ends at Nanyanghu Bridge in the south. Nanyanghu Street Expressway will be constructed into a two-way six lane elevated bridge with a total length of 3.28 kilometers. After its completion and opening to traffic, Nanyanghu Street Viaduct will be connected with the south, north, and west directions of Dadi Road without signal lamps, and the traffic congestion will be alleviated in Tiexi District and Yuhong New Town Area.
Dadi Road Renovation Project
Dadi Road Renovation Project will broaden the Dadi Road within 6.1 kilometers from the west of the third Ring Road in the west and to the second Ring Road in the east. After the completion of the renovation project, it will form an east-west fast corridor with Dadi Road (BBA to Third Ring Road), Second Ring Road and Hunnan Avenue, effectively connect five core sectors including China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang, Zhongguancun, Xixia Bay, Shangsha and Heping Bay, and play an important role in driving the coordinated development of various sectors.
