After 53 days,the maintenance and renovation of the South Square of Shenyangbei Railway Station and the Beizhan Road was completed on October 15.

This renovation has completed the transformation of 50,000-square-meter motorway and 13,000-square-meter slow space, as well as the replanting of more than 50 trees and over-2,000-square-meter green space. After the renovation, the slow space on Beizhan Road has been fully connected and a number of street underpasses have been renovated to achieve "two priorities, two separations, two connections and one increase".

Multi-faceted transformation has achieved a new upgrade!

The renovation of the South Square of Shenyangbei Railway Station takes the South Square as the carrier and adopts the central-axis symmetry of landscapes to strengthen the style of the Shenyangbei Railway Station as the hub and the urban gateway. By updating the 21,000-square-meter square paving and highlighting the visual effect of the central axis, the square has a brand new image. The "Zhuri" Sculpture has been repaired and cleaned to highlight the landmark of the central axis of the square. 114 sets of tree array seats were updated, more than 40 sets of flower boxes were added, and the rest spaces on both sides of the central axis were improved.

In addition to the square, the construction unit has also renovated the entire motorway of Beizhan Road, rebuilt the motorway occupied by the metro construction, added additional lanes according to the actual traffic flow, and renewed the street lighting facilities along both sides of the road.

Moreover, the wires above both sides of Beizhan Road have been renovated and the original wires have all been buried underground.
