The underground taxi parking area is clean and tidy,and the passenger waiting area is orderly and standardized;the overground square has been renovated with new green space and leisure space…

At present,the North Square of Shenyangbei Railway Station is undergoing comprehensive environmental management.The North Square with a new look is expected to be put into use during the National Day holiday.

This time's comprehensive environmental management is divided into two parts:"overground" and "underground".

The upgrading and renovation project of the underground floor of the North Square of Shenyangbei Railway Station mainly includes the taxi parking area, office area, vehicle entry and exit channels and passenger exit channels. The main content of the project is wall decoration, improvement of office functions and space lighting, and the renovation and improvement of ground.

On the ground of the North Square of Shenyangbei Railway Station, fences were set in some areas and the comprehensive management measures are being implemented. The management includes renovating the entire ground, adding new slow-traffic systems and two bus stops, replacing the seats surrounding trees, and increasing green planting and signs.

As so far, the renovation of the taxi parking area, the decoration of the waiting area, the renovation of the entrance and exit ramps, and the improvement of the passage lighting on the underground floor of the North Square have all been completed. The ground floor of the North Square is undergoing pavement and renovation construction. The entire project will be completed by the end of September.
