On March 26, CAAC officially entered the 2023 summer aviation season. On the first day of the new season, the Northern Branch of China Southern Airlines increased its capacity investment and implemented 22 more inbound and outbound flights than that on the last day of the winter season.

In terms of domestic flights, the number of flights on Shenyang-Xi'an route has increased from 2 to 4, and Shenyang-Urumqi route has added 1 new flight.The flight density of China Southern Airlines in Shenyang will continue to increase. The number of flights from Shenyang to Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Zhuhai and other places will reach an average of 3 flights per day. The number of flights on Shenyang-Guangzhou and Shenyang-Shanghai (Pudong) routes will reach more than 6 flights per day.

In the operation of international routes, China Southern Airlines has also made significant adjustments.For Shenyang-Seoul route, it increased to 1 flight per day. Starting from April 17, the Shenyang-Tokyo route will increase to 2 flights per week, which will be implemented on Mondays and Thursdays. From April 2, the Shenyang-Osaka route will be officially resumed with 4 flights per week, which will be implemented on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
