Baofayuan Restaurant

In 1910, two brothers opened a restaurant specializing in Northeastern cuisine in Shenyang, named Baofayuan Restaurant.

Four dishes are the best in the restaurant:fried liver, fried kidney, fried eggs with gravy and fried meatballs.

Each of the four dishes is exquisitely crafted and exquisite in heat, which makes people love them.

What really made these four dishes absolutely amazing was to start from that day in 1927.

On the day, a young man came to the restaurant.

The restaurant owner asked him what he would like to order, but he only asked to try some of his specialty dishes.

After tasting, the young man said, "These dishes are absolutely amazing!"

What the restaurant owner didn't expect was that the man was the Marshal Zhang Xueliang.

Therefore, the reputation of "Four Amazing Dishes" spread out.
