CCID Consulting Urban Economic Research Center recently released the "CCID Top 100 Innovation Districts (2024)".Heping District, Shenyang,is included.

This also marks that Heping District, Shenyang,has been listed among top 100 innovation districts and ranked first among three provinces in NE China for three consecutive years.

CCID Top 100 Innovation Districts (2024) sets up an index system for urban innovation evaluation with four primary indexes of "innovation ecology, innovation motivation, innovation subject and innovation achievement" and 16 secondary indexes. It conducts systematical evaluation and comprehensive analysis on the dimensions of urban innovation capacity, such as innovation environment, service, subject, and achievement.The evaluation result of the top 100 innovation districts shows that innovation districts play an important role in China's deepening the implementation of innovation-driven strategy and accelerating the development of new quality productive forces.

Why is Heping District selected as one of the top 100 innovation districts for the third time?

Heping District focuses on innovation, which holds the key to development, to promote industrial innovation with sci-tech innovation, takes the development of emerging industries and future industries as the carrier to accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces.
